NYC Bronze Architectural Fragment

An old piece of verdigris bronze salvaged long ago from New York City's demolished late nineteenth century architecture.
It is  9 1/2"  in diameter and very heavy
Delicate bronze open work rosette medallion with an excellent patina
It does not lie flat - it is slightly curved outward - convex
The center of the back - behind the central rosette - has a threaded hole
