Probably one of the most unusual pieces in my cabinet of curiosities... this wrought iron 'guitar' is actually a padlock with the key! It opens and locks and is quite secure for the age, probably mid 19th century. Amazing I still have the key. Whomever created this piece obvious loved guitars or made for someone who loved guitars. The lock was perfected then welded closed so there is no access to the locking mechanism. All original and not broken or mistreated.
