This shade can only be created by a very talented sewer. Its complexity must be appreciated for there are so many layers of silk layered upon each other and smocked in the center creating a harlequin of color. This oval measures 7in x 10in top, 10in x 14.5in, 10.75in slant. It has a brass washer spider and requires a 9in harp. Perfect for figural lamps, old Chinese porcelain, English Barley candlestick lamps... Classic. (it is much lighter light than in the picture)
