Pair of Antique 19th Century Bronze Empire Revival Lizard Candlesticks

Most likely French, this practical size, antique bronze candleholders with original and removable bobeches. Some damage and areas of green patina. Shown in first picture. The lizards along the base are not part of the casting but applied, original of course. Good quality and whimsical. Perfect on a dining table with an 8 inch candle for "company" you don't want staying too late... (wink)
