Rumour has it around the water cooler, these oversized clear glass demijohn water jugs were made into lamps by illume.  :) We like the pressed glass decoration that may have designated where maker's labels may have been applied.  No chips or no sign of sick glass but a little wear to base.  Fitted with nickel sockets.  We have a number of pleated cotton pleated shades that look beautiful for the beach.
